§ 1 Scope of Services
Go Famous Now Ltd provides a digital infrastructure through the Go Famous Now Positioning-Suite. This suite is specialized in establishing companies as leading authorities within their specific market area through precise local positioning in next-generation search and response systems (AI & search engines).
§ 2 Target Audience and Conclusion of Contract
(1) This offer is directed exclusively at business clients. Conclusion of a contract with consumers is excluded.
(2) The contract is concluded upon the provider's acceptance of the client's order.
§ 3 Terms and Pricing Structure
The Go Famous Now Positioning-Suite is based on a prepayment model to ensure maximum planning security and sustainable local visibility:
- Legacy Model (36 months): 20.00 USD/month (720.00 USD net one-time payment).
- Evolution Model (24 months): 50.00 USD/month (1,200.00 USD net one-time payment).
- Sprint Model (12 months): 100.00 USD/month (1,200.00 USD net one-time payment).
§ 4 Term, Termination, and Processing
(1) The contract is concluded for the selected term. Ordinary termination during the active contract period is excluded. Prepayments are considered an investment in digital infrastructure and local anchoring and are non-refundable.
(2) The contract ends automatically upon expiration of the selected term, unless terminated in writing 3 months prior to the end of the term.
(3) Go Famous Now Ltd utilizes authorized license participants for operational processing. Terminations and contractually relevant notices must be directed to the respective operative license participant.
§ 5 Liability and Cooperation
(1) The client is solely responsible for the content, technical integrity, and ongoing availability of their website. Changes to the URL structure or technical defects on the client's website that impede the local positioning process do not release the client from the payment obligation.
(2) Go Famous Now Ltd is not liable for algorithmic changes by third-party platforms. Services represent the best possible operative calibration, but do not guarantee specific ranking positions.
§ 6 Final Provisions
(1) The laws of Mauritius apply. Place of performance for all services is the registered office of Go Famous Now Ltd.
(2) Should any provision of these terms be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
